Today marks the 16th anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts and the fall of the Dark Lord. I personally can see no better way to celebrate than to read the tale of the Three Brothers and eat some Snitches.
Any way you can follow these
directions, just make it with yellow cake and white chocolate with yellow food coloring. And while the chocolate is setting, place white chocolate covered pretzels as wings on the sides. Toothpicks can help keep these in place. To let the wings set even more firmly let the chocolate cool in the freezer. Also agave nectar can be replaced with honey as I've recently discovered, and personally prefer.
